There was a time when your doctor could be trusted, your pharmacist could be trusted, your local merchants could be trusted, but now it is hard to know who to trust. The food is tainted, the water is filled with chemicals, the people who work in the government cannot be trusted, so how can people trust that the pills contain what the labels say.
You also have to crank up your metabolism, for a man to increase his metabolism is much easier than for a woman and all you have to do is exercise. Now I'm not talking about turning you into Arnold Schwarzenegger but you should put in about 45 minutes per day either doing cardio or weightlifting. You should vary your cardio and weightlifting every other day and should take at least two days off every week.
