Keto advanced really understand the calorie density thing and a person can enjoy some significant weight loss on that but but like you're saying psychologically we don't want that to be the focus we want eating the right foods to be the focus the weight loss will then naturally come yeah I mean I know available at Costco and right now they have it in organic too which is really nice and it comes with a dressing and some dried fruit and some nuts or something and I just toss that and use it but check out our video because in our video I show you exactly what I use in it and we just quit buying the baby spring mix just because it goes bad too quickly oh that's a simple salad batch prep yeah and and unlike baby kale or baby spinach if you're not going to be able to get the spring mix eaten up quickly enough you don't really have an alternative to eating it raw but if you have baby killer baby spinach and it looks like you're not going to be able to get that eaten before it goes bad you can always saute it you can throw it in some soup chop it up and throw it in some soup or you can put it in a freezer bag and you can freeze it before it goes bad and then use it later in some type of cooking method so so for us it was just about you know not having it spoil our salads
