Highway 87 Keto that we live right Karina I just love what you're saying here I think it's really important for to to notice when we're stressing ourselves out over trying to be healthy right if that that's that's where you start right is you just start with awareness and noticing oh I'm doing that thing yeah I'm doing that thing where I'm being judgmental and I'm focusing on feeling like a failure and I'm feeling overwhelmed so instead we're gonna try and just pick little things yes small things that aren't overwhelming and that aren't stressful you know so one of my um you know one of my favorite kind of tips or whatever is encouraging people to to rather than setting a health goal that's really big you set a health that's really small look I'm gonna do
