Liqui Keto that's kind of like keto base but always with one card so when I mean one card I mean legs one cup of cook rice one cup of cooked pasta or something monami pasta like that but you know what I mean like one cup of cooked pasta but it'd only be like one hardy carb a day not like all that kind of kinda like a sandwich in the morning sandwich and afternoon the sandwich in the night not like that so that's what I kind of do now so I'm not on keto I eat fries I had a fish filet filet a fish whatever you call it at McDonald's the other day like I still eat stuff like that it's just a thing about it it's like what I noticed that because I still do fasting I start eating around 12:00 or 1:00 sometimes I do 12 or 1 o'clock and because I do that I don't consume enough calories in a day so therefore that's another factor on what turns out when that's causing me to lose like an extra bit of weight so basically I'll eat from like 12 to 7 so 12 noon to 7 p.m. I'll
