When you are trying to open the sage account, and you are not able to log in, the following message might have appeared: 'You have entered an invalid password'. The message can display the following errors.

  • You type an incorrect password.
  • Problem with password encryption.
  • You've restored data from the later version.
  • Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or above not active.
  • The setup.dta file is damaged or corrupt.
