Keto Advanced because it I did them for myself here are the photos that I took on the 25th of February these pictures make me really really sad because I look miserable I look so so sad in these photos and I was really sad and I was so desperate to change something but I knew I had to do it the right way I knew I had to do it in a healthy way I had caused myself damage in the past by doing it the wrong way and so I knew that what I was about to embark on was going to take time and there was no quick fix it was gonna be long I had to retrain how my brain works it felt like I was standing at the bottom of Machu Picchu and I was about to climb it and I was not in the physical condition to be able to do that I feel like I have skipped some stuff but I didn't want to make this video too sad so we've got a happy ending let's move on to how I actually did it so after I took those photos and the first thing I did was I just did my diet slightly I made really small changes I didn't start exercising for the first month I focused solely on what I was consuming for the first month I looked on to my macronutrient calculator and you type in your height your body weight like how much exercise
