If you are not able to get the email in your AOL Gold Software then you need to make sure that you implement the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps:
- It would be best if you compacted the personal filing cabinet.
- You even have to remove the PFC file from the affected AOL Username.
- You can run the quick restore.
- Make sure that the mailbox filter is set to Everyone.
- Sign in to your AOL Desktop Gold software as the guest user.
If the steps as mentioned above do not help you to fix the error, then you can uninstall and then install AOL Desktop Gold again on your system.
