You can't lose weight until you take full responsibility for your thoughts and actions. This means ditching the victim attitude of fat genes and eating disorders. If you eat too much, exercise too little, and fail to stay in the best mental health, you'll gain weight. If you eat right, exercise right and learn to cope better, you'll slim down.
