Hello,
I assume that at my price point ($100ish), that all blu ray players will feature 3D BR playback, netflix, in-house network streaming (DNLA? from my NAS), and so forth. But one feature that's hard to google is the netflix app's 3D compatibility. Right now, I know I could get a PS3 for that but that's more expensive plus it's older hardware at this point, also seems kinda overkill.
So as a side question, what are other, non-bluray ways to watch 3D content on bluray players these days? excluding cable tv, which is one way that I'll likely not use much for movies anyway. I ask because I'll likely buy something and hook it up to my TV, but will occasionally un-hook it and take it outside to plug into a 3D capable projector for outdoor movie nights. This is in the planning phase, I'll likely roll out the movie nights without waiting for blu ray, but the temptation will be too powerful to resist at some point.
Any help will be apprecited.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
