Eating few carbohydrates is good, but too few carbohydrates do not eat, because your brain lives on glucose and that naturally also keeps you in good condition. The protein-rich diet is therefore excellent for losing weight quickly, but you must, in strict form, not continue for more than a few months at a time. You can, however, first apply the diet more rigorously and then switch to a variant in which you do eat some carbohydrates and eat a little less protein. What should and may you eat and what not with the protein diet?
