The city of Anantapur is located within the westernmost part of the state of Andhra Pradesh. This place is believed to be very famous among vacationers because the entire district of Anantapur is noted for its silk industry and holds quite a lot of history. Essentially the most noted tourist enchantment in Anantapur is the Lepakshi Temple. I always wanted to visit this place since a long time, so I quickly took online bus tickets from https://www.redbus.in/bus-tickets/hyderabad-to-ananthapur.aspx . I simply was geared up to reach Anantapur from Hyderabad.

The road distance from Hyderabad to Anantapur is estimated to be 356kms and takes around 8 hours by bus. I opted for an AC sleeper bus, as they are comfortable for long night travelling. Moreover, Hyderabad is well connected by roadways; buses mainly link most of the places frequented by tourists. Anantapur being one of the most preferred locations in Andhra Pradesh is easily accessed by bus from Hyderabad. I boarded the bus from Kukatpally pick up location in Hyderabad at 9:30pm and reached Anantapur at 4:30am the next day. The bus gave rest stops and ensured that all passengers were experiencing a hassle-free ride. There are a decent number of bus companies offering services between the two cities and creating ample amount of travel convenience for many.

On the other hand, Hyderabad is the capital city of the state of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh of South India. Sitting on the Deccan Plateau and being one of the broad urban areas in India, it is well associated with road transportation. Sudden travel plans work out smooth when bus is travelling vehicle. The bus transport shall take you through varied landscape, lovely lush green fields and vibrant territories. Hyderabad is one of the perfect mixes of the old and new. It is fondly referred to by the locals as the city of Nawabs. It is one such city that even after facing rapid commercialization hasn’t forgotten its roots. Home to some of the oldest mosques of the country and bazaars, visiting this city is definitely a worthwhile experience. One of the most iconic landmarks of Hyderabad happen to be the Charminar which is a monument based on Indo-Islamic architecture. Charminar literally translates to four minarets. The most distinguishing factor of this iconic landmark is that it is built completely out of granite and limestone from top to bottom. If you are a shopaholic you will be delighted to know that the exteriors of this magnificent monument hosts a huge bazaar selling some antiques, souvenirs, jewellery, pearls and bangles at pocket friendly prices. Make sure to visit the Golconda fort which is considered to be an architectural marvel within itself. The fort is bordered by a long wall scaling up to 10 Kilometres. It was one of the richest forts I have ever been to!!

As I reached the bus stop, I found my friend waiting for me. Overall, it was a great experience of traversing to Anantapur by a bus!

Best way to experience a great road journey from Nashik to Pune is by taking up buses. It is a short distance of 210 kms, which is covered in 4 hours. The journey memories shall stay with you lifelong!

I came up with sudden plans of visiting Pune; it was a weekend and I desperately wanted to explore this place. I have heard a lot about Pune in the past, but this was the first time I was taking a bus to Pune. So, one night I got my online tickets from https://www.redbus.in/online-booking/msrtc.aspx , as this was quick and easy bus reservation procedure. I was happy as my bus ticket was given at a discounted rate!

Pune is specked with royal residences and sanctuaries that are reminiscent of the city's old legacy, the most imperative of these being the Shaniwar Wada royal residence and the Aga Khan castle. The Shaniwar Wada castle is a rambling landmark that used to fill in as the seat of intensity for the Peshwa rulers back amid the Maratha Empire. Built by Peshwa Baji Rao I after his triumph in the Third Anglo Maratha War, this royal residence is no precisely a building wonder. Containing nine bastions, five entryways, mind-boggling latticework and a fantastic mountain, the Shaniwar Wada Palace permits you a look into the history and design of the Peshwas.

The Aga Khan Palace is another castle that is saturated with history. Worked by Sultan Muhammed Shah Aga Khan III this castle has been an observer to countless vital occasions in the Indian war of autonomy, including the detainment of Mahatma Gandhi and other critical opportunity warriors. Bragging beautiful Italian curves, lavish green yards and expansive lobbies which are currently used to show displays from the lives of different opportunity contenders, the Aga Khan Palace is a vital vacation spot, particularly for history buffs.

Nashik is situated on the banks of River Godavari at the foothills of the Western Ghats in the northwest region of Maharashtra. This place is allied with several other cities making it a convenient place of travel. I opted for a MSRTC Semi Luxury Bus; I boarded the bus from Nashik CBS at around 12:30am. It was a bus journey after a tiring day’s work; therefore, I quickly fell asleep as I settled down in the bus. The bus reached Pune around 5:30am; I got down at Shivaji Nagar, where my cousin was waiting for me at the stop. The AC bus was comfortable with clean interiors and the journey went well. It was a 2-day trip to Pune, where I made the most by visiting all places of interest and treating myself with delicious food.

Although, there are many ways of reaching Pune from Nashik, yet a bus ride will be the most interesting one, as you will surpass scenic villages, old structures and green fields. Although mine was an overnight journey, yet my cousin (from personal experience) said that the bus passes through several scenic locations.
