Be the best worker wherever you are right now. Nursing is more about reputation and competency than looking for a job. Throw yourself into any task you are given and learn everything you can. Then they will beg you to stay, and miss you when you're gone.
And above all else, never forget that nursing is a small community. Once you've gotten a bad reputation it will stick with you for a long time.
