Maxwell Keto there's definitely changes yeah yeah thank you my so far I think my biggest gripe with this diet and it's kind of my fault really I suppose but this situation was hard to change it it's bondage training twice per week my activity levels are so much lower I think in 10 the large deficit isn't really as large as it should be because on a normal day I go to the gym and I do very intense weight session I do some steps in the gym use after my workout I do wear a Fitbit but I know they're not that accurate
