To be the king one must present himself correctly
Category: Stories

If I am to become the King said the boy I will need to present myself correctly. That is true replied his father. He looked at his son admirably and said when I was your age I couldn't have foreseen half as much as you do my boy. I know said the child I am well beyond my years. That is quite an understatement said the man. They exited the parlor into the hall walked down the narrow staircase and overlooked the courtyard. Soon this will all be yours said the man. Not to soon I hope said the boy to his father. The more you age the faster it goes said the father. You must be prepared. I will be said the boy soon to become the heir to the throne.

To this very day I will honor thy presence with tolerance and behavioral skills of yours truly said the boy to his father on the day of the passing. The father has been killed by terrorists and the boy is inheriting the throne. He looked upon the mighty walls of the city and said to his people. Of thou you must recognize the true king. There was a small uprising in the forefront and the man said but alas you are only a boy and the boy said but alas you are only a man. I will not tolerate this defiance said the boy. Have him jailed he said of the man who had arisen and screamed. The man protested as the guards seized him. I have but only one life to lose for my king he screamed as they dragged him away. Any more protests said the boy. There was silence. And now for my bidding said the boy. He examined the crowd hesitantly and looked upon the ruggedness of the guards. Who shall become my indentured servant. You sir. Me said a man halfway down the second row. Yes yes you come forth. The man walked to where the boy had motioned and asked what thou wishes. I wish to become your servant what does thou wisheth of me he said. To die said the boy for you and you alone are responsible for the death of my father he screamed. The man motioned for the boy to silence himself and said for it was art thou but you my boy are no longer in power. I have dethroned you. I think not said the boy and gestured to the throne next to him and said. As my father's son I sit upon this throne in the name of my people and the will of the lord. Over my dead body said the man. Seize him he screamed to the guards. As the guards dragged the boy away he vowed his vengeance. To this very day this story and the legend of the boy who reclaimed his crown and executed his vengeance on his enemies lives on. This is the story of King Tut and his men and how they recaptured the throne and brought vengeance to his fathers killers and the evil doers that captured the city of Teacus.
